What the Availability screen shows Availability is every dated departure across all your products in one list. Here is how to read it. Slots, departures and products Voyant says slot in some places and departure in others. They are the same thing. Here is how the pieces fit together.

Day to day

Find a date, open it, close it, or change a whole batch at once.

Find a date quickly Three filters sit above the list. Use them together to get from hundreds of dates to the one you want. Open, closed, sold out and cancelled A date has one of four statuses. Only Open can be booked. Here is when to use each of the others. Change many dates at once Closing every Friday in November one row at a time is slow. Select them and change the status in a single step.

Capacity and one-off dates

Change how many places are left, and add a date that is not in your schedule.

Running a single departure

Open one date to see who is coming, seat them, handle pickups, and check what it earned.

The departure page: a tour of the six tabs Click Open on any date and you land on its own page. Here is what each of the six tabs is for and what you can change in each. Overview: what needs attention The Overview tab is a health check for one date. It lists problems to fix, then the capacity, booking, hold and extras numbers behind them. Travelers: who is actually coming The passenger list for one date, with booking references, status, and whether each person has a seat or room yet. Allocation: rooms, vehicles and seats Decide where each traveler physically goes. Add a coach or a room, then place people in it, or let Voyant place everyone at once. Operations: pickups, closing a date, and extras The practical tab. Where you collect people, how to stop a date selling, and what extras you owe travelers on the day. Financials: what the departure earned Revenue, cost, profit and margin for one date, plus how much has actually been collected. Activity and notes A record of what changed on this date and who changed it, plus a free-text note for your team.
