Your business

Company details and how your brand looks.

Your organization details Company name, tax IDs, bank details and licence. Typed once, then used automatically on contracts and invoices. Brand appearance One colour, two fonts and a logo, applied to every document and customer-facing page at once.

People and access

Your team, your menu, and what Max is allowed to do.

Your team and their roles Invite staff, choose between Member and Admin, and switch off access when somebody leaves. Customise the menu Hide the parts of Voyant you do not sell, for yourself or for everybody. What Max is allowed to do Max is your AI assistant. You choose which parts of the business it may touch, and the risky ones stay off until you say otherwise.
