Set up a private transfer

A transfer moves people from one place to another at a time they choose. The price is usually per car, not per head.

Create it

1. Go to Products and click New product.
2. Name: "Venice Grand Canal Private Gondola" or "Airport to City Centre Transfer".
3. Booking Mode: Transfer, so the customer is asked for pick-up, drop-off and a time.
4. Product family: Transportation.
5. Capacity Mode: Limited, matching how many vehicles you can run.
6. Sell Amount: the price for the whole vehicle.
7. Click Create product.

Pricing a whole vehicle

Create a single traveler type called "Vehicle" or "Per car" and put the full price on it. Do not create Adult and Child rows, or the price will multiply by the number of passengers.
