The Travelers tab showing a roster summary and two travelers with booking references, confirmed status and Not seated
Two travelers on this departure. Both are confirmed and neither has a place yet.

The roster summary

  • Names entered is how many travelers you have actual names for.
  • Lead travelers is how many are marked as the main contact on their booking.
  • Seated and Not seated show how many have a place. See Allocation.
  • Names still missing is the one to watch. It counts places sold where nobody told you who is coming.

The table

  • Traveler is the name.
  • Booking is the reference, such as BK-2608-183055. Use it to find the full booking.
  • Status is usually Confirmed.
  • Seat / room is where they sit, or Not seated if you have not placed them.

Chasing missing names

If Names still missing is above zero, somebody bought places without naming everyone. Find the booking by its reference and ask the lead traveler for the rest.
