Notes
Free text about this specific date. Anything the next person needs to know, such as "Group of six arriving late, hold the coach" or "Guide swapped to Anna".
Notes are internal. Customers never see them.
Activity
Every change to the departure, newest first. Adding a coach, assigning a traveler, changing capacity.
Each entry shows what happened, who did it, and when.
If a date behaves in a way nobody expects, this is where you find out who changed what.
