Suppliers: what you have confirmed with them

Track the people delivering the trip. What service, what it costs you, and whether they have confirmed.

Voyant Support

Selling a trip and having a supplier agree to deliver it are two different things. This tab tracks the second.

The Suppliers tab showing one supplier confirmation for a guided tasting walk with a pending status and a cost
One supplier line, still pending. The cost is what you pay them.

The columns

  • Service is what they are providing, such as "Guided tasting walk with five stops".
  • Status is Pending until they confirm.
  • Cost is what you pay them, which feeds your margin.
  • Reference is their booking number, once you have it.
  • Confirmed is when they agreed.

Add a supplier

Click Add supplier to record another one, for example when a trip needs both a guide and a restaurant.

Why it matters

A booking with a Pending supplier is a booking you have sold but not secured. Anything still pending close to departure needs a phone call.

The cost recorded here is also what makes the Cost / margin card at the top of the page meaningful.
