Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:
PixelMakers Studio SRL, operating as Voyant
Effective date: August 15, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Voyant: your organization, your staff, your agents, your Suppliers where they act through the platform, and any app or automation acting on your behalf. Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.
The short version: use Voyant to run a real, lawful travel business, treat your Travelers honestly, and do not put the platform, its other customers, or our providers at risk.
1. Businesses we do not support
You may not use Voyant to sell, promote, or process payment for:
- Travel you are not licensed, bonded, or otherwise permitted to sell in the market you sell it in.
- Travel to or from a sanctioned destination, or any transaction with a sanctioned person or entity, or anything that would breach export control or trade sanctions.
- Sex tourism, or any travel product that involves or facilitates prostitution, trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of any person.
- Travel marketed around activities that are illegal at the destination, including wildlife trafficking, trade in protected species or cultural property, and unlicensed hunting.
- Investment schemes dressed as travel, including holiday clubs and vacation ownership offers sold as returns-generating investments, points schemes with guaranteed buy-back, and any pyramid, matrix, or multi-level structure.
- Products where the traveler pays far in advance for something you have not contracted or cannot deliver, with no protection in place.
- Firearms, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or anything else whose sale is unlawful where you operate.
- Gambling, adult content, or any business we are prohibited from supporting by our payment providers or by law.
If your business model sits in a grey area, ask us before you launch rather than after.
2. Content
You may not publish, store, or transmit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or incites violence or hatred.
- Sexualizes minors, in any form, ever.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, database right, or other intellectual property.
- Misrepresents what a traveler is buying: fake availability, fake urgency, prices that cannot be honored, undisclosed mandatory fees, invented reviews, or supplier content presented as your own where you have no right to use it.
- Impersonates a person, business, or public authority, or falsely suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or accreditation you do not hold.
- Presents Voyant as the seller, organizer, or guarantor of the travel you sell.
3. Conduct
You may not:
- Break the law, or help someone else break it, through the platform.
- Access another organization's data, or attempt to.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without our prior written permission, or disrupt or attempt to disrupt it. Responsible security research is welcome under the process in section 8.
- Circumvent plan limits, quotas, rate limits, authentication, or billing, including by splitting one business across multiple organizations to avoid a limit.
- Share staff accounts, sell or transfer access, or resell platform capacity to third parties.
- Use the platform to build or train a competing product, benchmark it for publication without our consent, or scrape it.
- Introduce malware, or use the platform to host, distribute, or command it.
- Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing, file sharing, proxying, or any workload unrelated to running your travel business.
- Send phishing, spam, or deceptive messages, or use our messaging features to contact people who have not consented where consent is required.
- Harvest personal data from the platform beyond what your own business needs.
4. Data and privacy
Traveler records are sensitive. You must:
- Collect only what you need, and have a lawful basis for it.
- Protect passport, identity, health, dietary, accessibility, and payment-related data with particular care, and never store full card numbers or security codes in free-text fields, notes, or documents.
- Honor traveler rights of access, correction, and deletion, and act on unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Not upload someone else's customer database that you have no right to use.
- Not use the platform to process personal data of children as a primary purpose without appropriate safeguards.
5. Messaging and marketing
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and agent-sent messages carry your identity and our infrastructure's reputation. You must have consent where the law requires it, identify yourself clearly, include a working opt-out where required, honor opt-outs across every channel, and respect local rules on timing and content. Sudden high-volume sending to a list we have not seen before may be throttled or held while we check it.
6. AI features
When using Max or any other AI feature, you must not:
- Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or designed to manipulate a traveler into a decision they would not otherwise make.
- Present AI output as verified fact where accuracy is legally required, including prices, entry requirements, and safety information, without human review.
- Let an agent take irreversible or high-value actions without the approval steps and limits your business actually needs.
- Attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety controls, or use the agent to circumvent platform permissions.
- Breach the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers.
7. Technical limits
Fair use applies across the platform. You must not deliberately generate load unrelated to your travel operations, run uncontrolled retry loops or unbounded polling where webhooks are available, or use our APIs in a way that degrades service for other customers. Where we publish rate limits, stay inside them and back off when you receive a rate limit response. If you have a legitimate need for more headroom, ask.
8. Reporting
Report abuse, security vulnerabilities, and content complaints to hello@voyant.travel. For security reports, give us enough detail to reproduce the issue, do not access or modify data that is not yours, do not run denial of service tests, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted on that basis.
9. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached we may remove content, disable a feature, throttle activity, suspend an organization, or terminate it, as set out in sections 14 and 15 of the Terms of Service. We will normally give notice and a chance to fix the issue first. We will act without notice where there is a serious and immediate risk to people, to the platform, to other customers, or to our providers, or where the law requires it.
We may also be required to report unlawful activity to the authorities, and we will cooperate with lawful requests.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform and the law change. Material changes are notified at least thirty days in advance, in the same way as changes to the Terms of Service.
